Simplify your wedding planning with our expert coordination service. Let our dedicated team handle every detail, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable celebration.
Award Winning Catering
Our culinary and catering teams offer a full range of options, including hors d’oeuvres, chef-attended stations, buffets, and plated dinners, so you can customize a perfect menu for your wedding day.
Fireworks
HarborWalk Village hosts free fireworks shows each Thursday in June, July, and through the second week of August in the summer and on Saturdays in October. Firework shows are also on the Sundays before Memorial and Labor Day.
Spa & Fitness Center
Allow us to arrange preferred rates and packages for the entire wedding party at the full-service Spa at Emerald Grande, Destin’s premier spa. In addition to a full range of spa services, including massages, facials, and body treatments, the spa has a comprehensive fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment and panoramic waterfront views.
On-Site Activities
Amp up the fun with a choice of on-the-water activities at Emerald Grande. We’ll help you lock in preferred rates for deep-sea fishing charters, dolphin and pirate ship cruises, watersports, and more.
The Venue Facility Fee includes:
- Staffing & 1 Bartender
- Glassware & China
- Chairs & Tables
- Linen & Napkins
- Dance Floor
- Rain Back-Up Plan
- Cake Cutting Services
- Rehearsal The Day Before
- Complimentary Parking
For a Ceremony & Reception, venues are rented for 5 hours which includes:
- 30 minutes for the ceremony
- 1 hour for cocktails
- 3.5 hours for reception
Additional hours are available for $750 per hour. Outdoor receptions must conclude by 10:00PM.
All outside venues booked will have an indoor venue available in case of rain or inclement weather.
The rain back up venue will be what is available on the calendar unless a specific venue is paid and reserved for in advance.
